Welcome to Unified Sight, operated by Unified Sight LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unified Sight mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Unified Sight, you represent that you meet this requirement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Unified Sight is a location-based safety and alert platform that allows users to:
- Trigger SOS alerts with location data
- View nearby alerts and their approximate location
- Receive notifications when trusted contacts activate alerts
- Access features that may be offered as part of a paid subscription

The App is intended for awareness and assistance purposes only.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To use certain features, you must create an account using supported authentication methods (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In).

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious SOS alerts
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate another person
- Interfere with or disrupt App functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Misuse of the App may result in account suspension or termination.

LOCATION SERVICES AND PERMISSIONS
The App relies on location data to function.

By enabling location services, you acknowledge:
- Your location may be attached to SOS alerts
- Nearby users may see approximate location or distance information
- Background location may be used if you grant “Always” permission

You can control location access at any time through your device settings.

NOTIFICATIONS
By enabling notifications, you agree to receive:
- SOS alerts
- Alert updates and cancellations
- Notifications related to trusted contacts

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

TRUSTED CONTACTS
You may add trusted contacts within the App.

You agree that:
- You have permission to add and use the contact information you provide
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store

By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your platform provider
- Refunds and billing issues are handled by the respective platform provider

We do not store full payment details.

USER CONTENT AND ALERTS
You retain ownership of content you submit, including alerts and profile data.

By using the App, you grant Unified Sight LLC a license to:
- Use
- Display
- Distribute
your content solely for operating and improving the App.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any alerts you create.

SAFETY AND EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
Unified Sight is not an emergency response service.

We do not guarantee:
- That alerts will be seen or responded to
- Accuracy of user-submitted information
- Availability of assistance

In an emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

PRIVACY
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services, including:

- Google Maps and Geocoding APIs
- Authentication and subscription services from Apple and Google

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

ACCOUNT CONTROLS AND TERMINATION
You may:
- Log out of your account at any time
- Delete your account through the App

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or illegal conduct

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of alerts

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified Sight LLC shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Harm resulting from reliance on alerts or lack of response

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unified Sight LLC from any claims arising from:

- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of others

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
